PHOTO NEWS: Baba Suwe Gets Bail from Lagos High Court

At last, the wishes of the people seem to be coming to pass. A Lagos High Court, sitting in Ikeja has granted popular comedian, Baba Suwe, bail. The man, who has failed to drop any "expensive shit" thus far, was all smiling as his arrived the court premises this morning (November 1, 2011) where a team of senior lawyers assembled to argue for and against the enforcement of his "fundamental rights".

In her ruling on the matter, Justice Yetunde Idowu granted Baba Suwe bail in the sum of N500,000 effective November 4, 2011. The judge ordered that the comic actor must be released by the NDLEA on the 4th of Novemeber if no drug is found in his excreta at the expiration of the 15 days earlier granted by a federal high court to keep him in custody.

Following this ruling, all fans of Baba Suwe will have to keep their fingers crossed and wish he doesn't disappoint them at the last hour. Anything can happen within three days. See more pictures of the actor in court when you continue...
