Samson Siasia No Longer Wants to Claim N1b 'Damages'

Who even told this guy to go to court about a non issue in the first instance? Well, it's good that Samson Siasia listened to wise counsel and has withdrawn his 'ridiculous' N1b suit against the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, over his sack as Super Eagles coach which, accordance to the letters and spirit of his contract, was very much in order.

After days of grandstanding, the former Eagles coach came out on Thursday to say...
he no longer wants the money. In other words, he had withdrawn the suit he filled against the NFF in the interests of Nigerian football. He also believes the court action could affect his coaching career in future, hence the decision to drop it where it belongs... :)))

Anyway, I'll advise the Ministry of Sports not to live him in the cold for too long, because man must chop. They should look for one "diplomatic place" and fix him until he regains fully from the shock of seeing people like Enyeama and co. playing for the team he used to coach without 'serving out their punishment'.

Hope Stephen Keshi learns a thing or two from his ugly experience. Time will tell!
