Police case registered against Kavya Madhavan's Husband Nishal

Cute Malayalam actress Kavya Madhavan and Kuwait Based NRI Nishal Chandra got married on Feb 05, 2009. Their thoughts didn’t get along and both are living seperately in few months itself. Meanwhile before few days Kavya Madhavan applied for divorce in Ernakulam family court. In this case court have ordered Nishal Chandra to be present on 22nd august in court. Along with that Kavya also registered a complaint against Nishal and his family in Ernakulam district magistrate court that they have tortured her both physically and mentally. Based on this Kochi police have registered case against Nishal and his family members.

Police registered the case and started investigation. Ernakulam North Circle Inspector D. Suneesh recorded Kavya’s statement yesterday.
