Samsung Galaxy Tablet Banned

The long awaited Galaxy Tab 7.7 gadget from electronics giant, Samsung, is not yet out but the product has already been banned from being sold in Germany.  It has also taken the tablet off the shelves in Berlin after a regional court granted Apple, its arch rival, a second injunction in their prolonged patent rights fight. 

Although Samsung has promised to respect the court's decision, but it said the ruling is an infringement on consumers right to buy any product of their choice. Insider sources told the media that the company is already considering a legal battle to upturn the unfavorable injunctions. 

The injunctions against the Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Galaxy Tab 7.7 are temporary and could be lifted if Samsung were to win its case against Apple.
