When? How?

A little while now. He had been trying to propose for a while but every time he planned it I almost caught him. My sister was his partner in crime. Then one day I served him food which he refused to eat till it was cold then asked me to please heat it up. I was sufficiently shocked to find the box in the oven. Almost threw the food away!
