Baba Suwe Latest: NDLEA Begins Hide and Seek Game

The observation, arrest and continuous detention of Baba Suwe in a secret location by the NDLEA is turning into a real show of shame. If you hear a word from the Director General of the Agency in the morning, just be prepared for a shocker from its spokesman in the evening. Nigerians are getting tired of the whole drama and are already calling for the sack of whoever is responsible for these confusions.

Fears that the NDLEA indeed has something fishy in its kitty became clearer when Mr. Mitchell Ofoyeju, spokesman of the Agency, emphatically told a media organisation that Nigerians will no longer be briefed on the progress of the case until "the end of investigation".

Asked if the comic actor is likely to 'drop' any drug soon, he said...
"I'm not aware if he has made another excretion... What I can say now is that he is still under observation." He kept insisting that he won't release any more details until the end of investigation.

It would be recalled that Mr. Femi Ajayi, Director General of the Agency, had told Nigerians on Monday that "according to standard practice, a drug suspect must test negative three times to convince anti-narcotics agents he is innocent."

As at the time of posting this story, Baba Suwe have tested positive three times. So, watta gwan with these NDLEA guys? Is there something else they are not telling Nigerians?
