NDLEA: Baba Suwe Has Not Excreted Any Cocaine

THIS IS LIVE BLOGGING: The Baba Suwe Cocaine Saga is getting more and more interesting by the day. While some are waiting for a confirmation that he indeed swallowed the alleged substances, others are holding their breath, hoping that he will come out clean.


Here are the available updates so far...
* Top NDLEA operatives at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport say they are still waiting patiently for Baba Suwe's "Expensive Shit" for proper analysis to either confirm their suspension or clear doubts.


* Insider sources however argued that the man has been eating fine and has gone to toilet today with no  sign of Cocaine and that the agency is waiting for his "second shit (abi third shit)" with a view to clear all doubts.


* NDLEA Airport commander, Hamza Umar, said:
Their doctor have been called upon to examine him, a development that further fuels speculations that he has indeed gone to toilet without any 'positive result'.


* Unconfirmed report going round is that Baba Suwe has finally "given birth" to 16 wraps of Cocaine, the 'babies' and their father are doing fine in custody.


* Another unconfirmed report says Baba Suwe's lawyer is claiming that the actor "MISTAKENLY" swallowed the substance without intent to do so.


* Inside sources say some unnamed movie marketers sympathetic to Baba Suwe are trying to "settle" in other to save him the shame of prosecution.


* Another source said he has just been released that NDLEA say no drug was found on him?


* NDLEA say Baba Suwe have made his first self excretion but no drugs was in it.


* NDLEA spokesman, Mitchell Ofoyeju, said Baba Suwe was still under close observation by the agency to know "what actually went wrong". They may likely wait for his third of fourth "expensive shit".


* An inside source say after undergoing "proper" check at NDLEA clinic, nothing was found on 'Suwe Father'!


* Baba Suwe made yet another excretion, without any sign of Cocaine.


* NDLEA say its a normal process of observation, the public should be patient.


LATEST UPDATES AS AT 17th OCTOBER...
Spokesman of the agency, Mr. Mitchell Ofoyeju, said:

“Baba Suwe is still in our custody and under observation. Since he was arrested Wednesday, he has excreted twice. First, he excreted on Friday and we did not find any drug and on Saturday he excreted again, still we did not find any drug.
But, it is normal because we would not have arrested him if the scanner did not show that he has something in his system. We have had people who stayed longer before they started excreting; so, we are still observing him. It is just that we are now doing our investigation on this particular suspect on the pages of newspapers.”
