Graphic Pictures! Sorry Sight of Primary Education in Nigeria

Twelve years into democratic rule, the hope of average Nigerians in the 36 states of the federation and the federal capital territory, Abuja, to rise about poverty through access to quality education continue to remain bleak. Sometime you begin to wonder what is done with all the billions that are shared every month by the three tiers of government every month

From May 29, 1999, when Nigeria returned to democratic rule, the...

Alliance for Democracy, AD, ruled Ogun State for four years, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, eight years and now the Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, is about six months into a four-year term. The pictures you see up there were taken just few weeks, it's a primary school in Ogun State. Can you image this!

My question is: Are these politicians really serving the people who elected them into office, or they are all birds of equal plumage, simply interested in their pockets and the comfort of their family? The above pictures can best provide the answer.

This is another clear evidence that until Nigerians are ready to take their destinies in their own hands, politicians will continue to service their gluttonous greed at the expense of masses, allocating all sort of allowances to themselves. Hmm, what a sorry case!
