Sexy Kim Kardashian Wants Divorce

Sexy reality TV star Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kris Humpries, the basketball player she married less than three months ago.

"After careful consideration, I have decided to end my marriage," Kim said. "I hope everyone understands this was not an easy decision. I had hoped this marriage was forever but sometimes things don't work out as planned. We remain friends and wish each other the best."

Married and divorced once before, the sexy celebrity wedded New Jersey Nets power forward Kris Humpries on August 20 after he reportedly gave her an engagement ring worth $2 million.

Court documents gave Monday as the date of separation, and "irreconcilable differences" as the basis of the divorce application.

It is not easy marrying someone who has previously been married, let alone marrying someone who has children with someone else. LeAnn Rimes bravely took on his new role as stepmother to husband Eddie Cibrian's boys when they wed this past April.

But Rimes does not consider herself to be the stepmother that society would consider traditional

"Step, Stepmother, Stepfather, Stepchildren - the word 'step' can take on such a connotion to so many in our society," Rimes says. "A family is a family. In my eyes. There is no 'step' about it," she said.

The 29 year old country siner is taking on the role of being a mother to Cibrian's sons, Mason and Jake, with great care and excitement. Husband Eddie is giving her complete support with hhis new role in her life. He encourages her to consider them to be one family unit but impressively enough the newlyweds also never leave out the mother of the boys, Cibrian's ex-wife, Brandi Glanville.

"One thing that I know is, I will never replace their mother. I would never try," Rimes said.

Will Smith and Jada Smith Denying Split Rumors

Will and Jada Smith have issued a statement confirming they are still together after a report surfaced on Tuesday suggesting their 13 year marriage had come to an end.

"Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false. We are till together, and our marriage is intact," Will and Jada said in a joint statement."

Will, 42, and Jada, 39, tied knots in 1997. They have two children together - Jaden, 13, and Willow, 10. Will also has a son, Trey, 18, from a previous marriage.

Will's previous marriage to Sheree Zampino lasted from 1992 to 1995. Will and Jada reportedly met when Jada auditioned for a role on Will's long running series The Fresh Prince of Bel Air.
