Sexy Actress Scarlett Johansson Too Sexy For The Role in the movie "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo"

The Avengers hottie Scarlett Johansson was deemed too sexy to star in The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.

Director David Fincher decided against giving the role of main character Lisbeth Salander, who is played by Rooney Mara, top the 26 year old beauty, despite her great audition, because people can't wait for her to take her clothes off.

Look, we saw some amazing people. Scarlett Johansson was great. It was a great audition, I'm telling you. But the thing with Scarlett is, you can't wait for her to take her clothes off."

"I keep trying to explain this. Salander should be like E.T. If you put E.T. dolls out before anyone had seen the movie, they would say, "What is this little squishy thing?" Well, you know what? When he hides under the table and he grabs the Reese's Pieces, you love him! it has to be like that.

Before finally casting Rooney in the role, David who directed The Social Network, the 26 year old stunner's last movie, was worried he wouldn't ever find the right actress to portray the character.

He added: "I had seen a lot of actresses. I was beginning to get to the point where I was thinking, 'Maybe conceptually you are talking about a person who doesn't exist."

Julia Roberts Scared to Confess To Her Children of Evil Queen Role in Snow White Movie

Julia Roberts hasn't told her children she is playing the Evil Queen in the new Snow White movie.

The 43 year old actress who has seven year old twins Hazel and Phinnaeus and four year old son Henry with husband Danny Moder, revealed her kids were so scared of the Disney cartoon version of the story, they had nightmares so she can't bring herself to confess her role in the new movie.

She said " I haven't like spelled it out that I'm the Evil Queen. Because I showed them [Disney's] "Snow White" and they had nightmares and they cried.

Julia loves working on the new film with Lily Collins and The Social Network star Armie Hammer and says viewers will be especially thrilled with the movie's dwarfs.

She explained "We don't have the classic dwarfs. Our dwarfs have different names and personalities than the fairytale."

Lili Collins as Snow White

Lily has previously claimed Julia gave her goosebumps because she is so convincing as the Evil Queen in the film.

She said "She gave me goosebumps. She played the Evil Queen brilliantly. You forget that's really Julia because she's so good. Off camera, she's so down to earth and so sweet. We'd be shooting and she's being extremely horrible to me [in character] and once they yell cut, the first thing she says to me, "Are you okay? I'm sorry, I hate being mean to you."
